Basic introduction on Argon arc welding equipment
Overview The machine welds tungsten needle to the clearance between fixture and material strip cutting through the coordination of welding rod handle by mechanical arm clip and instantly releases the power stored in the capacitor in the form of pulsed arc release between tungsten electrode and work-piece material, so that high-temperature arc can be instantly welded with the strip and welding repair can be conducted through argon protection.
Welding characteristics
- The welding repair time is short, the calorific value is small, and except aluminum tin with very low melting point, most of the metal and alloy can be welded.
- High welding accuracy, using microcomputer chip to control the output current and time, so that the pulse current (1-99) and voltage (1-99) can be arbitrarily adjusted, and the current pulse and time parameters can be adjusted according to different thickness of the material strip, so as to achieve perfect welding accuracy.
- High binding firm, making the surface of the material strip smooth, so as to achieve the effect of argon welding
- The machine is easy to move, covering small space, suitable for the welding of all kinds of material strip, finished material strip, and secondary stamping forming terminal strip.
