Therefore, customers should pay more attention to the frequency of failure, whether the size of the failure and the response speed of the manufacturer. Service attitude is important, but even more important is the speed of repair response. If the maintenance staff is thousands of miles away from you, you may be dragged down by small failures.
7.See whether the punch manufacturers focus on professional. As we all know, punches can be roughly divided into single, low speed, high speed punches. Although they are all called punches, they are not made through a series of same equipment, same technology concept, same technology absolutely, just as the old saying that there are specialisms in industries goes. Because of the lack of understanding of the industry, many buyers purchase high-speed punch in the professional low-speed manufacturers. In addition, the feeder, leveling machine, disk and so on around the punch press should not be produced by the high-speed punch manufacturer itself, because it is difficult to be specialized if not focusing on professional.
